- Swimming is permitted between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. while certified lifeguards are on duty only.
- Swimmers are permitted to use soft water toys. Hard toys such as footballs, Frisbees, etc. are not permitted in the swimming area.
- Alcohol is not permitted in the park.
- Breakable glass containers are not permitted on the beach.
- We do not allow EZ-Up setups on the beach or at the beach area.
- The beach area is smoke free.
- Pets are not permitted at the beach area.
- Swimming is not permitted outside of the designated swim area.
- Children under the age of 12 must be supervised at all times by a parent or responsible adult.
- U.S. Coast Guard approved life jackets, infant floatation rings with seats, and water wings are permitted in the swimming area with continuous adult supervision only.
- Inflatable rafts and inner tubes are not permitted in the swim area.
- Conventional swimwear is required.
- The following is not permitted: Regular Diapers, Snorkels, swim fins, SCUBA equipment, street clothing, thongs, any swimsuit that does not cover the male or female genitals, pubic area, female breast below the top of the nipple, or buttocks. Swimwear must cover those areas with a fully nontransparent covering.
